ReplyDeleteGood work coming up with synonyms and describing your search terms. I tend towards simplicity but you do a good job being all inclusive. The one neat trick for #1 is to limit your results to the last 3 years so that covers the most recent events.
For your question I think you are on the right track, I might try privacy AND law* AND U.S. AND century to start and add in more words as you go.
